Applications to the Tokyo NCGM Satellite Campus is divided into 2 parts:

1) Qualification Confirmation

2) Formal Application

1. Qualification Confirmation Documents (Nov./Dec.)

Please submit the following Proof of Qualification (PoQ) documents:
1) PoQ application form:

 

 

 

2) CV (include details of work experience and volunteer work)
3) University/college diploma(s)
4) Reference letter from employer or professor   
5) Transcript
6) Self-addressed envelope (12cm x 23.5cm) with necessary postage for documents to be sent from Japan to applicant’s home.

Documents required for the Formal Application are the same for both the Tokyo NCGM Satellite Campus and the Nagasaki Sakamoto Campus. Please check below for full list of documents.

Additional Required Documents

In addition to the forms above, all applicants are required to submit:

  • Copy of official transcript(s)

  • Copy of university/college diploma or Letter of Eligibility to Graduate

  • Copy of IELTS, TOEIC, or TOEFL test results taken within the past 2 years

  • Application fee (¥30,000/course). Please see our Application Guide for details of how to send the payment.

  • Details of overall academic performance issued by the National Institution for Academic Degrees and University Evaluation if necessary
